Meet Our Team!
Owner/Executive Director
Claire Andresen is the Owner, Founder, and Executive Director of A New Beginning Home Care, a leading provider agency in Oregon that specializes in disability care. Her passion for serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) started at a young age, growing up alongside her foster brother who was part of the disability community.
Claire entered the I/DD field in 2016 as a camp counselor, where she gained her initial experience supporting individuals with disabilities. In 2019, she transitioned into a Direct Support Professional (DSP) role, further deepening her hands-on experience in in home care. Over the next five years, Claire advanced into leadership and management positions, honing her skills in program development and team supervision at A New Beginning LLC.
Driven by a strong commitment to quality care, Claire remains dedicated to empowering individuals in the I/DD community through compassionate, person-centered support, making A New Beginning Home Care a trusted Oregon IDD agency.
